What is included in rent?
Heat and water. Tenant is responsible for hydro (electricity) and tenant insurance. Internet, cable, and landline services are a tenant’s responsibility and are not included in rent.
What information do I need to provide with a rental application?
Government issued photo identification, proof of income, last month’s rent, signed consent for credit check
Why do I need tenant insurance?
To have yourself, your loved ones and your belongings covered should something bad happen to your apartment.
When is my rent due?
The rent is due on or before the 1st day of each month
How can I pay my rent?
Online via tenant portal
How do I get a rent receipt?
You can contact the head office by phone or email to get a copy of your rent ledger.
How do I pay for utilities?
After we forward your information to the utilities company to set up an account you will be getting your monthly statement directly from them with options of how you would like to pay for their services.
Who is my ‘super’?
Superintendent is the building manager who lives on site and is your first point of contact should you have any concerns about the functioning of your unit or the property
Can management enter my apartment?
24 hours’ notice will be provided should management need access to your unit for any reason. No notice is required in case of emergency.
Who do I contact when something needs to be repaired in my apartment?
Please visit the Building Manager’s office to fill out a work order.
How much notice do I have to give when moving out?
In Ontario it is required to provide a 60-day written notice by the first day of the month ending on the last day of the month.
